Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below before booking your Mental Health First Aid training.

Course Bookings

Payment is required to confirm your registration for any scheduled Mental Health First Aid course.

Cancellations by Participants

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled course date may be eligible for a refund or transfer to a future session, subject to approval.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date may not be eligible for a refund.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we may allow you to transfer your registration to a future course date where space is available. Transfer requests should be submitted as early as possible.

No Shows

Participants who do not attend their scheduled training session without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

Cancellations by Us

If a course must be cancelled or rescheduled by us for any reason, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future training date.

Private & Group Training

Refund and cancellation terms for private or workplace group training may vary depending on the booking arrangement and will be confirmed at the time of registration.
